Oregano - ‘Zaatar’

This is a variety of oregano that we discovered as few years ago and we're so glad that we did! Used in a wide array of Greek & Mediterranean recipes to create some truly memorable dishes.

We particularly enjoy it in a Stuffed Roast chicken dish, combine a good handful of Oregano, halved cherry tomatoes, salty feta cheese in chunks, plenty of garlic and chunks of crusty bread to create a beautiful stuffing for Roast Chicken, served with orzo, it's a winner!
