From our ponds to your plates, our smoked trout is pure perfection. We are passionate about producing delicious food while being mindful of our impact on the environment.
Our rainbow trout are born in Yorkshire and are hand reared using a unique recirculation process that ensures they are free from any harmful chemicals or antibiotics. We feed them using organic feed and use pure rainwater to ensure they are healthy and happy. The nutrient-rich water is used to fertilize our crops.
Our herbs, salads, vegetables, and tomatoes grow alongside our trout ponds in perfect harmony.
We believe that happy trout make for happy customers, which is why we slow-grow them to maximise flavour. Our trout are processed by hand on the farm in our custom-built smokehouse using only the finest ingredients, many of which we grow alongside their ponds.
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by using renewable energy and compostable packaging. We are helping to create a more sustainable future, one trout at a time. This is skilfully-produced and the judges commented on the beautiful appearance, that showed care and expertise. The texture was tender, succulent and dry, with a wonderful richness on the palate. The judges loved the perfumed sweetness, which paired beautifully with the deep smoky flavours. An absolute delight to taste.
